Saint John’s Day holds particular significance for the Order of Malta. As Patron of the Order, Saint John the Baptist remains a model of humility, courage, and faithful witness to Christ. Marking this feast day at the House of Charity Children’s Home was a fitting expression of that same spirit. Through presence, care, and solidarity, we all reaffirmed our commitment to serving vulnerable communities with dignity and compassion.
The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes welcomes millions of pilgrims every year. For many in the Kenyan group, seeing the basilicas and the Grotto for the first time was deeply moving.
