The Sovereign Council of the Order acknowledged Mr. Mattock\u2019s steadfast commitment to the humanitarian activities of the Order and for being instrumental in creating the Companions of the Order who are assisting, inter alia, in the implementation of important health related projects especially in remote areas of Kenya.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Samuel Mattock received his decoration on 19 th September 2026 from H.E.
